Matthew brings over 18 years of legal experience to his role, with a strong background in civil litigation and regulatory compliance. At Snyder Law Group, he represents clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, managing all aspects of litigation, including negotiating settlements, conducting trials, and overseeing trial preparation, to ensure clients receive dedicated and strategic representation. Prior to joining Snyder Law Group on March 17, 2025, Matthew served as Associate General Counsel at Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, where he advised on employment law and litigation strategy for one of Maryland’s largest governmental agencies. He also worked as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Mark W. Howes, LLC, representing clients in personal injury and employment litigation, including a notable spinal cord stimulator lawsuit addressing defective design. In early 2025, Matthew briefly joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a globally recognized top-tier law firm, as a Project Attorney in its Washington, DC office, where he supported high-stakes litigation and antitrust matters.
